Why can SDX work across different domains?

Questions vary. Data varies. The evidentiary structure does not.

SDX is not defined by one domain

Different institutional questions may concern different places, hazards, assets or forms of observation. The evidence relevant to each question can therefore differ substantially.

What remains constant is the discipline applied to the evidentiary task: a bounded question, a reproducible authoritative basis, explicit support and explicit limits.

Different questions. One evidentiary discipline.

Cross-domain capability is therefore not a claim that every domain is identical. It means SDX is built around the structure of defensible evidence rather than around one subject matter.
