Why do evidentiary boundaries matter?

Boundaries are part of the system, not disclaimers added at the end.

What the evidence does not support matters too

Institutional use requires more than identifying a supported statement. It also requires knowing which stronger interpretations are not supported.

A boundary makes that distinction explicit: what may responsibly be stated, what cannot be inferred, and where uncertainty or limitation remains.

A substantive part of the result

In SDX, limitation is not treated as a footnote to an otherwise unrestricted conclusion. The boundary belongs to the evidentiary result itself.
