What is SDX Intel?

SDX Intel is the evidence layer between Earth Observation and institutional decisions.

The missing layer

Earth Observation has made the world increasingly visible. Institutions, however, need more than observation. They need to know what the available evidence can responsibly support, what it cannot support, and where the limits are.

SDX occupies that missing layer. It starts from an institutional question and turns the available evidence into a bounded, reproducible basis for statements that can be reviewed and challenged.

A proprietary evidence system

The authoritative core of SDX is mathematical and deterministic. It is not based on generative interpretation as the source of evidence or conclusions.

The public doctrine is simple: questions come first, evidence must be reproducible, boundaries belong to the result, and the evidentiary basis must remain open to structured challenge.

2. Categories of personal data processed
a) Server log data: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, requested resource. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the website). Retention: maximum 30 days, then deletion or aggregation.
b) Email correspondence: any data voluntarily provided when contacting intel@sdx-intel.com. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Retention: as long as necessary for the inquiry, then archived for 24 months in line with standard business correspondence practice.

3. Recipients
No personal data is shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary for hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider acts as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

4. International transfers
No personal data is transferred outside the EEA. Should service providers operate outside the EEA in the future, transfers will occur under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Cookies
This website does not deploy cookies. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking technologies are used.

6. Rights of the data subject
Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Requests may be sent to intel@sdx-intel.com.

7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach (www.lda.bayern.de).

8. Changes
This policy will be updated as the legal structure of SDX Intel evolves.
